- The official starting credential, local administrative layer, job-specific record, closeout evidence, and principal interpretation limit for each authorized local desk.
- Source scope
- Six approved Local Service Ledger verification guides and the state, licensing-board, county, parish, and municipal records cited by those guides. The source articles document 39 official records in total; this dataset links the principal decision records directly.
- Timeframe
- Source records were accessed from July 30 through August 9, 2026. The comparison was normalized and published August 29, 2026.
- Calculations and normalization
- No scoring or statistical estimate was performed. Equivalent record stages were aligned across desks without treating unlike licensing systems as interchangeable.
Limitations
- The routes do not determine whether a particular scope requires a credential, permit, bond, insurance, or inspection.
- Portal records and administrative requirements can change after the stated access date.
- No contractor, private address, insurance policy, bond, complaint, permit, or work product was evaluated.
- A public complaint is not a finding, and an empty public search is not proof that no record exists.
