First establish that the address uses City collection. The Solid Waste page links a municipal-boundary check, requires a utility account before service begins and provides address/item lookup tools.
One cleanup can need different arrangements
LSL’s example separates three items that might leave a home together. It is not a confirmed pickup or a list of everything the City accepts.

The FAQ requires refrigerator/freezer doors to be removed before curbside placement. Arrange safe preparation with appropriate help; this is not an instruction to disconnect refrigerant equipment or move a heavy appliance alone. Describe damage or unusual contents when booking.
The fee category is broader than “Freon”
The FAQ lists $16.11 for Freon removal. The FY2026 residential rate schedule also lists $16.11 for white-goods extraordinary handling, including Freon-containing items.
That wording matters: the schedule does not limit the entire handling category to refrigerant, and neither page establishes a universal $16.11 television charge. Do not infer a zero charge merely because a device has no refrigerant. Ask staff to identify the applicable residential category for the actual item.
Use this booking question: “For [item and condition] at [service address], what appointment, preparation and fee apply, and when may it be set out?” Keep the reply with the appointment confirmation.
The gray cart separately excludes batteries as well as electronics. Use the City’s Waste Wizard for each remaining item; an appointment for one appliance does not establish acceptance of a mixed load.
