Record who created the debris
The City distinguishes ordinary resident-generated material from debris created by a contractor or tree-removal operation, which remains the owner or contractor’s responsibility. Save the work order or a short description of who performed the work. Do not repackage contractor debris and describe it as routine household yard waste.
Take one post-collection photograph. If material remains, compare it with each documented boundary and ask the City for the exact disposition. The goal is a measured service record, not a claim that a properly photographed pile must be collected under every circumstance.
