Toho offers no-cost irrigation evaluation, timer setting and identification of system issues. That service is different from installing a separate irrigation meter—and identifying a defect does not mean the utility will repair it for free. The Irrigation Help page provides a request route and 407-944-5124 for assistance. Evaluation service

For a Kissimmee-area customer, the useful first question is which Toho service is needed, not simply whether the utility has an “irrigation program.”

Toho’s watering page distinguishes account formats and special service areas. Use the schedule matching the actual account and location; don’t copy a neighbor’s settings merely because both homes use Toho. Schedule categories

This guide does not reproduce a universal watering calendar. Ask the conservation team to confirm the schedule and any applicable current restriction while it reviews the timer.

Prepare a useful evaluation request

Have these details ready:

  • the service address and account information;
  • the symptom you want checked, such as an unexpected timer setting or a zone that appears to run incorrectly;
  • the controller location and an authorized access arrangement;
  • questions about which findings need separate repair work;
  • a way to retain the recommendations after the visit.

Those notes are a suggested preparation aid, not a claim that every field is mandatory on Toho’s form. Do not supply another property’s account details or authorize access you do not control.

After the evaluation, separate what was adjusted from what was merely identified. That gives a contractor a more precise question if paid work is still needed.

Do not mix the evaluation with the meter purchase

Toho’s separate irrigation-meter page lists a $700 meter charge and makes the private plumbing connection the customer’s responsibility. A request for timer help does not include that purchase, and a meter installation does not establish a guaranteed reduction in total costs. Meter request terms

Before ordering a meter, ask for the current charges, the specific property’s requirements and the private-work scope. Keep that answer outside the evaluation notes so the two services cannot be mistaken for one package.

This comparison joins three Toho instruction pages. It applies to the relevant Toho account and service territory, not every address within the Orlando Metro edition.
