Ocoee publishes residential water and sewer rates to four decimal places. Keeping those inputs until the end makes it possible to compare the calculation with the City’s rounding rather than losing precision at every tier.
Rate inputs for a 3/4-inch meter
From the October 1, 2025 schedule:
- water base: $15.9715;
- sewer base: $28.7880;
- first 6,000 water gallons: $1.7305 per thousand;
- next 6,000 water gallons: $2.1808 per thousand;
- 12,000–18,000 water gallons: $2.7295 per thousand; and
- sewer: $4.1223 per thousand through 12,000 gallons, then $0 above that residential cap.

Rounded only after combining, those examples are approximately $68.17, $96.48, and $132.32. The City’s billing system may round service components or tiers differently, so use the unrounded trail when asking about a small variance.
Boundaries of the model
This does not include reclaimed water, solid waste, taxes, deposits, late charges, adjustments, or a meter larger than 3/4 inch. It also does not determine whether Ocoee provides both services to the address. Verify those facts in the City utility account.
The calculation is useful as a line-item check, not as a prediction of the statement total.
