Keep each event separate from the recurring service row. Photograph the setout, record the service day, and follow the solid-waste instructions for placement and separation. If a cart or special service is requested, save the request and City confirmation.
When a charge appears, match it to a dated event and the fee label. Ask for the underlying service record when the connection is unclear. Do not describe a fee as a penalty, waiveable, or avoidable unless the City’s rule and account facts support that conclusion.
