- $9.59 monthly water service charge;
- $1.6031 per thousand gallons for water through 10,000;
- higher water tiers beginning at 10,001 gallons;
- $13.72 monthly sewer service charge; and
- $5.3765 per thousand gallons for sewer through 10,000.
The document inventory shows a residential rate file uploaded October 17, 2025. A bill comparison should still confirm its actual service period.

At 12,000 gallons, visible water rows produce about $29.57: base, 10,000 at $1.6031, then 2,000 at $1.9757. The matching sewer amount cannot be reproduced from the visible FAQ without confirmation. Record that as “City input needed,” not zero and not an extrapolated rate.
What to check on the statement
Confirm provider, meter size, dates, billed gallons, and whether garbage, stormwater, irrigation, taxes, deposits, adjustments, or other services appear. Rounding can also differ if the billing system rounds each tier before summing.
This is a source-boundary audit as much as a rate calculation: a transparent blank is more useful than a confident number unsupported by the City table.
