- Published utility-rate methods normalized into provider, input, schedule date, formula, limited result and exclusions. Prior publication approval is not treated as proof of current source accuracy.
- Source scope
- Six Local Service Ledger pricing reports and their cited government or utility schedules, ordinances, tariffs and billing pages; Vicksburg also requires comparing its hosted municipal code with the City webpages.
- Timeframe
- Original source checks were August 1–11, 2026; the selected inputs for all six rows were rechecked September 12. Each row retains its schedule date; compilation, document-update, retrieval and effective dates are not interchangeable.
- Calculations and normalization
- LSL reproduced the displayed scenarios from their cited inputs using code on September 12. The table retains those formulas and limited results. It does not average unlike services or treat publication approval as arithmetic verification.

- Every result is a limited editorial scenario, not a bill, quote, forecast, household average, or account determination.
- Rows use different services, usage units, meter or account assumptions, billing intervals, classifications, and excluded charges.
