The City’s records point public-road driveway work toward Public Works, while the general permit form continues to organize other permit families. Keep both routing answers when the scope crosses both offices.
Build a scope card before applying
Record the property, owner, project description, existing driveway, proposed footprint, material, roadway name, work inside the parcel, work in the right-of-way, and any sidewalk or drainage effect. “Replace driveway” is too vague to establish the correct route.
