The word “final” qualifies the plans. It does not report completed construction. Likewise, a right-of-way plan is not evidence that a particular owner’s property has been acquired.
Use the project number, not just “I-20 work”
This assignment is different from the Warren County I-20 overlay and bridge-repair records numbered 109482 and 109684. The proposed schedule updated October 3 still lists those two projects for October 2026, with separate paving and bridge scopes. It is a proposed letting list, not confirmation that either has started. Our separate overlay/bridge comparison explains their identities. A shared interstate does not make their budgets or dates interchangeable.
When seeking a later Halls Ferry decision through the Commission records, include 100367-109100 and NS-RWD 2023-15. Ask whether the response concerns this design assignment or a later construction-phase record. That distinction prevents an unrelated I-20 contract from being mistaken for the Halls Ferry project.
Record scope
LSL reread June agenda item 5 September 13, 2026; that historical source date remains unchanged. On October 3 we checked the rendered Commission record route and the distinct 109482/109684 schedule rows. The portal displays a September 22 agenda link and an elapsed September 22 “next meeting” label; this is not confirmation of a future meeting or a substantive review of that agenda. This article explains the June authorization, not whether its deliverables remain unfinished or whether any later Halls Ferry action exists.
