Weekend availability is not a permit exemption. If the permit itself is unresolved, start with the Building and Permits office, which provides application and permit-requirement routes.
Put the Thursday deadline beside the Saturday

Submit against the issued permit
Online scheduling requires an Issued permit associated with your account. Find the permit, open Record Info → Inspections, select the inspection and date/time range, check contact details and finish. Confirm it appears under upcoming inspections. Text scheduling starts with SCHEDULE to 877-525-2935; have the full permit number, inspection code and date ready. If you cannot complete the request
A missing permit association or unavailable date needs County assistance, not a workaround in the calendar. The Building Office lists 407-742-0200 and permitting@osceola.org. Ask about the exact permit and inspection code; a successful request still does not establish a passed inspection.
