Eustis’ May 2025 schedule uses project-specific brackets rather than one residential permit fee.

The fence examples follow the schedule’s 0–1,000 = $25, 1,001–2,000 = $40, and above-2,000 formula. For sheds, the schedule labels under 50 square feet as no-permit, 51–100 as $25, 101–200 as $50, and larger work with a base-plus-formula row. Only the City can decide whether a structure qualifies for a no-permit line.
Confirm construction cost, measurement units, scope, current schedule, and required applications with Building Permits. Retain the City’s calculation and invoice. A fence cost, shed footprint, or driveway count that the reviewer defines differently will change the applicable row.
These four examples test classification and arithmetic. They do not include plan review, electrical work, zoning, reinspection, or other project charges.
