The Winter Springs recap effective October 1, 2025 lists a $9.98 water base plus $2.32 per 1,000 gallons through 10,000. Sewer is $23.23 plus $9.07 per 1,000 gallons, capped at 10,000 gallons.
| Use | Water row | Sewer row |
|---|---|---|
| 4,000 gal. | $9.98 + 4 × $2.32 = $19.26 | $23.23 + 4 × $9.07 = $59.51 |
| 8,000 gal. | $9.98 + 8 × $2.32 = $28.54 | $23.23 + 8 × $9.07 = $95.79 |
| 12,000 gal. | $9.98 + 10 × $2.32 + 2 × $2.50 = $38.18 | $23.23 + 10 × $9.07 = $113.93 |
The 12,000-gallon example reaches a higher water block while sewer stops at its 10,000-gallon cap. Retain full arithmetic before rounding.
The schedule also lists $28.74 garbage and $10 stormwater, plus a 10% water tax. Those lines are not included above. Add them only with the correct account classification and tax base. The rate history helps identify schedule changes, but the service dates on the statement control the comparison.
A reader should be able to trace any difference to gallons, tier, cap, fixed row, tax, or account adjustment—not force all of those into one unexplained estimate.
